The Rest of 2016’s Photo Sessions

Hello, my friends!

I’m getting my photography act together and wanted to get my blog up-to-date so I can share more recent sessions next.  Here is proof that I did something other than travel photography in 2016.  🙂  I hope you enjoy these lovely families that I photographed this past fall!

A Look Back at 2016

There’s nothing like an icy day trapped at home to give me the time I’ve needed all year to catch up this blog!

With apologies for the slightly haphazard style of all of this, here is my attempt to catch up the blog so I can be more up-to-date on posting recent photo sessions, as well as recent travel (which is soon!).

I hope you enjoy the recap.  I hope to be back with more soon.

Merry Christmas to all!

Remember 2015?

Hey there, friends!

Welcome back to my super outdated blog! 🙂  As many of you know, 2015 was a tough year for me as I adjusted to my dad having passed away and continued to work and photograph on the side.  This blog took a backseat to other things. This post is my attempt to catch the blog up on the photography that I did that year so this blog can continue to showcase examples of my work.  Thanks for your patience as I get my act together.  Highlights from my cross-country road trip will be coming up soon!

Here are some of my favorite shots from last fall’s sessions.  I hope you enjoy the look back!

Welcome to the World, Liam!

This little guy is one blessed baby!  I’m a big fan of his parents and was so excited to go up to Fort Wayne at the beginning of June to meet him.  Kendra and I have been great friends for sixteen years and it was a joy to meet this addition to David’s and her family and take some newborn photos of little Liam.  I hope you enjoy these highlights from our time together!  I bet you can figure out one of his dad’s favorite pastimes through these photos!IMG_2530wm

The Mansell Family

Hello!  At the beginning of June, I had a really fun time photographing my brother’s family as they anticipate the coming of a fifth child to their family.  I know I’m biased, but this is honestly one of the cutest families on the planet. 🙂  I hope you enjoy these photos from our time together!

Sneak Peek: Lots to Come!

Hi there!  It’s been a busy few months here.  I’ve just returned from a cross-country road trip from Indiana to Los Angeles and have lots to share from that adventure!  Here are some sneak peeks of sessions and travel posts I will be sharing soon.  Stay tuned!

Here is a recreation of a shot I took of three of my brother's children a few years ago. More photos of my brother and sister-in-law's family coming soon!

Mira Jane

I’m home in Pennsylvania for my spring break this week and had a wonderful time visiting my niece and her husband on Saturday and meeting their new daughter, Mira, who is just over two weeks old.  You may remember Mira’s parents from their wedding photos a few years back.  I couldn’t resist the chance to take some photos of this family of three during my visit.  Here are some of my favorites.  Enjoy!
